Wherever you are on your journey towards optimal health, I can help.
Feel better naturally with naturopathic consultations. Let’s work together to create a space for laughter, joy, tears, anger, and letting go – a space for true healing. No one is judged. No one is excluded. We will meet in this space and be human together.
“Because what patients need more than anything else is a human being being human.” – Dr. Pamela Wible

Naturopathic Mental Health Care
I provide naturopathic consultations and mental health care to people who are struggling. I have a particular interest in helping people through significant life transitions, grief, and uncovering and recovering from trauma history.
I work hard to combine the art and the science of medicine, relying on in-depth discussions, pertinent physical exam findings, diagnostic lab testing, and some amount of intuition from both patient and practitioner to get to the underlying cause of your symptoms. It is my goal to work with you to put the “health” back in your “health care” – beginning with your mental and emotional health.

My Ideal Clinic
Above all else, I am striving to create a naturopathic medical clinic that feels safe, nonjudgmental, comfortable, supportive, respectful, and healing to all who enter it. I believe there is tremendous therapeutic value in relationship and connection, in authenticity, and in laughter. You can expect to find these at every visit.
I will take the time to try to understand you as a whole person. I will strive to know the names of your family members and your pets. I expect to learn as much (if not more) from you as I hope you will learn from me. I trust that we will both grow from our time together – however long or short.

Healing Naturally
Health is the natural state of being. As a naturopathic physician, it is my job to engage and encourage the body’s natural ability to heal itself, while at the same time removing obstacles to health and recovery.
I do this by considering you as a whole person, including your lifestyle and environment. If interventions are necessary in helping your body heal, I begin with the most effective but lowest force intervention – which may be as “simple” as creating a space where you can feel heard or as “involved” as a surgical referral – or anything in between.
If you are already very healthy, I will work with you to prevent future degeneration of health. I will always empower you with information, and I will provide you with the tools you need to stay healthy and vibrant.
“Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you – all expectations, all of the beliefs – and becoming who you are.”
– Rachel Naomi Remen, MD
